So, Heidi Klum has done a little oopsie, as she might have accidentally revealed The Batman: Part II villains in her Halloween costume BTS video. The model and TV host is famous for her elaborate Halloween transformations. But this year, more than her giant severed hand costume, people are talking about potential spoilers for The Batman: Part II. Klum’s costume was created by makeup artist Mike Marino and his team. If that name sounds familiar, it’s because Marino previously worked on Matt Reeves’ The Batman. He helped transform Colin Farrell into the Penguin. Now, it’s been reported that Marino is returning for the sequel. And some behind-the-scenes footage from Klum’s Halloween costume has apparently shown what could be some pretty interesting props from the upcoming film. The makeup props may have revealed Two-Face Heidi Klum's Halloween makeup team may have accidentally spoiled some major reveals for 'THE BATMAN: PART 2’ 👀 Casts spotted in the shop: • Sebastian Stan's Victor Zsasz⁰• A Court of Owls mask⁰• Brian Tyree Henry denture cast for Harvey Dent/Two-Face⁰• An old man cast,… pic.twitter.com/GtEp6yClPT — DC Film News (@DCFilmNews) November 1, 2026 Images from the makeup workshop appear to show several props that fans think could be connected to The Batman: Part II. Among the most interesting details is a face cast of Brian Tyree Henry with a disfigured lip. The face cast appears to feature the classic Two-Face mouth from the comics and animated series. Basically, this has led to speculation that Henry could actually be playing Harvey Dent in the sequel. Before this, Sebastian Stan had reportedly been widely expected to play Harvey Dent, with Scarlett Johansson as his wife, Gilda, and Charles Dance as his father. So, if the new speculation is correct, it could mean that Henry is actually taking on the role instead. The Two-Face speculation isn’t the only thing getting people talking. Another prop appears to have a label reading “Zsasz”. And if that name is connected to the sequel, it could mean Victor Zsasz is making an appearance. Zsasz is a serial killer from DC Comics who carves a tally of his victims into his own skin. There have also been rumours that Sebastian Stan might be playing Zsasz. The Court of Owls could be the biggest surprise View this post on Instagram A post shared by Heidi Klum (@heidiklum) One of the boxes in the workshop also has the label “Owl 3”. And loads of people think this could be a reference to the Court of Owls. The Court of Owls is a secret society from DC Comics, created by Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo. The group has secretly controlled Gotham City for centuries and uses owl-themed masks. They also have near-immortal assassins called Talons. The Court of Owls would actually fit the themes of Matt Reeves’ Batman films. Robert Pattinson and many fans have also reportedly pushed for the group to appear in the sequel. So, the possibility of the Court of Owls being involved is definitely exciting. It’s worth noting that nothing has actually been confirmed yet. Warner Bros. hasn’t commented on the speculation, and makeup props alone can’t confirm character roles or plot details. But if even some of these theories turn out to be true, the sequel could have some pretty major villains on its hands. The film is scheduled to arrive in cinemas and IMAX on 18 February 2028.
