Netflix just released a new coming-of-age comedy called Best of the Best with Maitreyi Ramakrishnan and Priyanka Kedia as the main leads, and people are already curious about the ages of the cast. The film follows childhood best friends Maya played by Maitreyi and Anjali played by Priyanka as they join UCLA’s competitive Bollywood-fusion dance team and try to make it all the way to the US championship. Netflix describes it as a coming-of-age comedy about friendship, sisterhood and self-acceptance. The main characters are college students, but the actors playing them are much older in real life.
