Netflix just launched brand new feature that uses astrology, and it’s going to change everything

Say goodbye to doomscrolling

Netflix is gearing up to launch Your Zodiac Watchlist, a brand new feature that takes into account astrology when recommending your next binge.

It’s been an exciting year for Netflix developments already, with the streaming platform earlier releasing an updated format for subtitles. Just a few months later, someone found a hack for getting past the household rules, but even that wasn’t as exciting as the in-house IMDb ratings.

I love hacks and subtitles as much as the next chronic Netflix binger, but this new feature might finally end the endless hours of doom scrolling through the same four TV shows.

What is Netflix’s Astrology Hub?

Thankfully, Netflix doesn’t know when you’re birthday is. Instead, the platform will offer an array of content based on the likes and dislikes of various astrological signs.

For instance, beneath “Virgos Are Always Hustling”, you’ll find selections such as Now You See Me, Red Notice, The Queen’s Gambit, and Army of Thieves. Essentially, films and TV shows that would be alluring to any hard-working Virgo.

In the “Libras Play Fair in Love and War” section, there’s content like Back in Action, Designated Survivor, Peaky Blinders, and Hit Man. The portion for mystery-loving Scorpios might be the most exciting, with Wednesday, Riverdale, Manifest, and many more.

The suggested content is based on the characteristics of each individual Zodiac sign, so from “confident, generous and loyal” Leos to “social, playful and funny” Geminis, Netflix has got all its bases covered. The content options will also be regularly updated with new inclusions.
