This Christmas, give me a mobile phone battery that lasts
It’s not too much to ask is it?
Once upon a time, there was a phone called a Nokia 3310 and you only had to charge it once a week.
It was a magical, more innocent time when phones were phones and the closest thing to a Snapchat was a pixelated black-and-white cartoon of a fish.
Now, we have phones capable of doing pretty much anything – but the battery won’t even last ’til dinnertime.
If you’re reading this Santa (or Mum), I would really appreciate you finding a way to make my phone battery better. I don’t want to get stranded in the club at 3am unable to call anyone again. Finding my way home alone wasn’t pretty.
Until my battery develops Mo Farah-esque levels of endurance, I’ll make do by charging my phone at EVERY possible waking (and sleeping) moment.
That’s where this beauty comes in handy.
90 per cent of your day is spent in close proximity to a USB socket. While you might think that stat proves you really need to get out more, it also shows that there’s really no excuse for your phone running out of juice in the middle of the day.
With the Echo Key, you’re able to charge your phone while on the go, without having to lug your bulky charger round with you all the time.
Instead the flexible Echo Key fits on your keyring, so you’ll never be without it. Unless of course you forget your keys, but in that case you’ve probably got bigger problems than not having enough battery to play Candy Crush.
Echo Keys are available for both Apple and Android devices, so you’re covered no matter what phone you have.
Well, apart from Nokia 3310s of course.
