UW-Madison man arrested for taking inappropriate pictures during a house party
Three women reported him taking pictures up their skirts
Bernard C. Daley, Jr. was arrested for three counts of invasion of privacy after taking ‘upskirt’ pictures at a house party.
According to the police report, Daley (21) was accused of taking ‘upskirt’ photos and videos of three women at a house party on the 400 block of W. Mifflin early Saturday morning.
The Badger Herald reports witnesses seeing Daley use his cell phone to take inappropriate and unwanted photos of these 19 year old women.
