I texted people using only Drake lyrics, and this is what happened

Whether you know him as Drake, Drizzy, October’s Very Own, or 6god, most can agree that Drake’s music has made a significant impact on our generation. Almost anything a student chooses to do could go well with some Drizzy playing in the background. However, what would happen if you were to begin a text conversation with only Drake lyrics? I found out, and here’s what happened:

A fellow Drake fan may respond back the lyrics in the song:

Granted, this will not happen too often. Texting random Drake lyrics to someone tends to throw them off, but you might get the occasional OVO fan willing to play along.

You may accidentally text Drake lyrics to a Kanye fan:

We all know someone that almost exclusively has Kanye on their playlist, and they’re more than likely to let you know. Sure, maybe texting Drake lyrics on the release date of Kanye’s newest album, “The Life of Pablo”, dropped was maybe not the best idea.

You may catch someone off guard:

This was one of the most common replies in my messaging endeavors. You’re definitely more likely to confuse someone if this is how you go about it.
