Meek Mill features Temple in Instagram post
North Philly’s own notorious rapper threw a shout out to us Temple students
Posted to his Instagram account several hours ago were two videos taken on the 1900 block of Gratz Street. This street is home to many upperclassmen Temple students, some of which were hosting parties and entertainment for friends and classmates.
Many of the party goers integrated into the street but did not cease to party.
Meek Mill’s Instagram videos, one of which was captioned “My hood the trillest #templetrappas,” was shot in the street. The videos featured students dancing and singing along to the music that was playing from the second floor of a nearby house.
Meek Mill has reportedly been spotted in the streets of North Philly several times in the last few months.
He may be engaged to Queen Nicki, but he’ll never forget where he’s from.
