Student sexually assaulted on Marshall Street

The student was walking on Marshall when she was groped

On Monday night around 9:30, Syracuse student was groped by a man on the 300 block Marshall Street. According to a Public Safety Announcement sent by DPS Tuesday night, the student “was approached from behind, and inappropriately and unwillingly touched by a male. The suspect is 20-35 years old, roughly 6’0 tall, skinny, with scruffy light colored facial hair. The male was last seen headed South on Comstock Ave. DPS encourages anyone that has more information to call 315-443-2224.

DPS urges all students to come forward and report incidents to help ensure campus safety.
