Stanford Spotlight: Ali Grace

‘Ali is always bringing levity and support to any situation’

Stanford Spotlight is a project with the goal of sharing the incredible stories of Stanford students. Among the many awkward icebreaker activities we all took part in to forge bonds of ~true friendship~ within our freshmen dorm communities, Spotlight was the least worst.

We walk among the world’s best musicians, artists, scientists, and athletes, yet might never get the chance to hear their stories.

Stanford Spotlight will tell a wide range of stories from around campus, ranging from an individual’s stint as a magician to embarrassing drunk tales gathered from best friends.

If you know someone who should be featured, message us at [email protected].

And to start, meet Ali Grace.

“Let me tell you about Ali. If you ever see a girl bike past you, sunglasses bigger than her personality, gypsy pants billowing around her ankles, and lions mane flowing behind her, then you know who I’m talking about. Behind the hater blockers is future CEO disguised as a knockout LA blonde. Think she’s smart? She used to build and shoot off rockets in her free time. Think she’s beautiful but maybe not athletic? She was one of the best golfers on the BOYS’ team in high school before she single handedly started the girls’ team. Oh, she also has two pet ducks.” – Sarah Pao Radzihovsky
