Police looking for ex-Terrace staff member who returned to premises and threatened club

‘Terrace received a phone call from him, threatening the club’

Princeton Police are asking for information after an ex-Terrace Club employee made a "threatening call" against his former place of work.

Authorities have alerted the Princeton community to say Darnell Pygum, 46, a former member of Terrace staff, arrived back at the club this morning and was asked to leave.

According to a Princeton statement, he refused to leave, leading Terrace staff to call for police.

"The former employee left before officers arrived," it said, adding: "Early this afternoon, the club received a phone call from him, threatening the club."

Pygum of Trenton, NJ had been listed as a wanted person by the National Crime Information Center, according to the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department. Two years ago in 2015, patrols stopped Pygum in Washington Borough for failure to use a Crosswalk. Upon further investigation, it was revealed that he was an NCIC wanted person. Pygum was processed, issued a summons for failure to use a pedestrian crosswalk and lodged in a correctional facility.

Anyone with info is asked to call the Princeton Police Department immediately at 609-921-2100.
