BREAKING: Men’s Swimming and Diving season suspended

Earlier this evening, the Princeton administration issued a statement which said that the remainder of the men’s swimming and diving team’s season will be suspended. The decision was made based off of a complaint that the team’s listserv contained material which was “vulgar and offensive, as well as misogynistic and racist in nature.”

In addition to suspending their season, the administration is also looking at determining “additional actions aimed at education and positive culture building for the team.

The team had two meets left on their schedule before the Ivy League Championships in late February.
