Women’s Basketball earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Tourney

The Lady Tigers face West Virginia this Friday

Princeton Women’s Basketball had a great season this year, finishing 23-5 and 12-2 in the Ivy League.

Both of their losses within the league were against Penn, who holds the Ivy League’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.

However, on Monday, Princeton became the first Ivy League school to earn an at-large bid for the tournament.

This is the first time this has happened in NCAA Women’s Basketball history.

They received an 11th seed and will face West Virginia on Friday at noon. Penn received a 10th seed and will take on Washington.
