Man hit by car on corner of 5th and Atwood
He is currently responsive
According to a witness, at approximately 7:15 pm this evening, a man was hit by a car on the corner of 5th and Atwood, outside of Popeyes.
According to a second witness, he appeared to be lying in the road when police arrived. He is responsive and has since been placed onto a stretcher.
