Pitt makes it in the top ten on Princeton Review list

Hell yeah, Panthers

We all know that attending Pitt leads to an incredible education and unique opportunities that the city of Pittsburgh has to offer. The Princeton Review seems to agree by placing The University of Pittsburgh at number six on their list for “College City Gets High Mark.”

Pittsburgh is obviously a leading city in academics with the plethora of options students have for colleges within miles of each other like Carnegie Mellon, Duquesne, Carlow, Chatham, Robert Morris, Point Park, and plenty more in between. Even with these other well-known colleges, Pitt was chosen by Princeton Review as the number six, while also topping colleges like George Washington and Boston University.

With an enrollment number of 18,908, Pitt only has an acceptance rate of 54 percent and expects an average of a 4.0 in high school to aid in getting accepted. This not only makes for a lot of competition, but it should also make you feel extremely proud to be a Pitt Panther. It’s not easy, but the education that the students at Pitt receive makes the all nighters completely worth it. It also helps that we can study in a place that makes us feel like we’re at Hogwarts.
