These workouts will bust your butt

We’ll show you how to tone that booty

Welcome to The Tab Pitt Fitness.

To start off, I will show you all some workouts to tone and strengthen your glutes, with a little bit of arms mixed in. Use the weight that is right for you. I usually use 8 pound dumbbells, but if you’re new to the gym I would start with 2 or 5. If you’re a pro, go higher! I recommend doing 20 of each exercise or 20 of each side for the ones that are one leg at a timeĀ and 2-3 reps.
