At Penn State, we take game day fashion very seriously
It is safe to say that Penn State tailgaters may take the cake for being the most trendy and creative with their game day attire. On Saturday, I embarked on an adventure through the land of PSU tailgates to find the top trends of the 2016 football season.
The Fratty Grandfather
This may just be the most tasteful styling of a sweater vest that you will ever see. This guy remixed the classic frat boy game day look with a thrift shop twist. He said he found his awesome Penn State sweater vest at Goodwill (who would give away something so wonderful?).
Denim overalls
Denim overalls have made a serious comeback this year! This overall dress is a perfect pick for tailgating because its ADORABLE and functional. The Doc Martins were a super trendy addition to this look.
The bucket hat life
If you were at the game on Saturday, chances are you have some pretty bad sunburn. These ladies stayed sunburn free in their trendy matching bucket hats. You can never go wrong with a bucket hat, especially if its a PSU themed one!
