Penn sophomores have THE BEST off-campus pads

Jealous?

After spending freshman year living in the Quad (or even worse – Hill), all anyone can think about is the chance to actually like where you live.

We went in search of the very coolest off-campus apartments from the class of 2018.

They aren’t bad.

Arlo, South 41st

Arlo at home

Arlo explains her room is “comfortable, clean, and classic” and her favorite part of the room is her bed, which she says she “never wants to leave”.

The crisp white and blue of her room reflects her Californian roots.

Alex and Sara, 40th and Walnut

Sara describes her style as “boho, comfortable and warm”.

Alex describes her room, pictured above, as “chic, comfy, and Parisian” and said “my fave part is my closet because that’s where I hide my mess”.

Marielle, Andrea and Stefanie, Radian, 40th and Walnut

Marielle says her style is “fun, easygoing, and lively”.

Her and roommates Andrea and Stefanie add: “Our favorite part of our apartment are the pillows we have in the living room because they always give us something to goof about. They are a great conversation starter.”

Olivia, Radian, 40th and Walnut

This Chicago-area native says her style is “art-deco, chic, and cozy”.

But what’s really special about her room is her headboard. Olivia says it’s her favorite piece because “my mom made it for me”.

Mystery Male, Domus, 34th and Chestnut

This mystery male (who preferred to keep his name hidden due to the “nature” of his apartment) describes his style as “masculine, traditional, yet modern”.

He adds the best part of the lux apartment is his “cozy bed”. Restoration Hardware also inspired him heavily.
