Ohio State is one of the most sleep deprived universities in the U.S.

Fitness tracking company, Jawbone, recently released data from a study regarding the sleeping habits of students at 135 universities and colleges across the U.S.

Of the 135 schools surveyed, Ohio State was ranked as the 64th most sleep deprived school in the country.

According to the study, Ohio State students get an average of 6.96 hours of sleep per night, with an average weekday bedtime and wakeup time of 12:40 a.m. and 8:19 a.m. respectively. On the weekends, the average Ohio State student goes to bed at around 1:14 a.m. and wakes up at around 9:20 a.m.

Columbia took the number one slot with students getting an average of 6.68 hours of sleep. The University of New Hampshire took the last slot with an average of 7.33 hours.
