Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton are coming to Ohio State
Both Democratic candidates have confirmed they will be attending the town hall
Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton have both confirmed they will attend the town hall for the Democratic party at Ohio State.
The event is scheduled to take place on Sunday March 13th at the Mershon Auditorium from 8pm to 10pm.
The nationally televised event will be hosted by CNN’s Jake Tapper and TV One’s Roland Martin. Questions will be provided by moderators and Ohio voters.
The town hall takes place at a critical time for both candidates, with primary elections for Ohio, Florida, Illinois, Missouri and North Carolina set to take place on March 15th.
With Sanders and Clinton coming off of wins in Michigan and Mississippi respectively, the town hall could provide momentum for either candidate to push past their competitor.
The pre-show is scheduled to begin at 7pm on CNN, with coverage of the town hall beginning at 8pm.
Ohio State has yet to release ticket information at this time.
