This is how long Michigan students will spend studying for finals

It’s a lot.

According to a survey by The Tab, the average Michigan student will spend around 8.3 hours a day studying for finals in the next two weeks.

The Tab surveyed students from sixty schools about their study habits and found that Michigan ranked among the middle for the amount of time spent studying.

At the top of the list at 13 hours was Syracuse University, followed by Princeton, Tulane, and Bucknell. Further down the list, MSU students reported studying on average 8.6 hours per day, while at the very bottom, West Virginia University students said they prepare for finals with about 3.8 hours of studying a day.

Keep working hard, Wolverines! And maybe take a break every few hours.
