BREAKING: 19+ year olds can stay in Union past 10pm
Everyone get excited, if you’re 19+ you can once again stay in Union past 10pm on April 1st
Hold on to your hats ladies and gentlemen, because you’re about to be blown away.
Starting today Union is going back to the olden days of allowing people over the age of 19 to stay past hours.
The famous bar is trying to focus more on the entertainment aspect of their establishment, making it so they are no longer just a bar, but also a performance place thus allowing them to by-pass the law of having everyone under the age of 21 leave past 10PM.
According to subsection D of Nightclub and Entertainment venue ordinance, venues can circumvent the drinking age if they play more than 20 hours of music a week and have more than ten ‘entertainment units’.
What are some more of the perks of this, you may ask? Well first off gullibility will be super high, they will be lowering the price of cover because there will be more people going in and out, and you can expect GREAT music now that it is in fact, a music venue.
