What do you mean, third? Iowa rated in top 5 most fun colleges in America
No surprise
Iowa has been ranked the third most fun college in America.
The Business Insider compiled this list of most fun colleges by taking a look at all of the categories on The Princeton Review’s 2016 College Rankings which include categories like “Lots of Greek Life”, “Happiest Students” and “Lots of Hard Liquor”.
They then methodically combined all of these rankings to create a comprehensive list of the most fun colleges. The University of Iowa took an admirable third place, only being beat by Tulane University and University Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
The students here at the University of Iowa take “work hard, play hard” to a whole new level.
Once the all nighters of working on papers and studying for exams are complete, it’s time for the all nighters spent with friends doing what Iowa students do best – having fun.
Between wild tailgates, intense school spirit, hundreds of extracurriculars, one of the best bar scenes in Iowa and an extremely large and diverse student population it’s almost too easy for us to find a good time here at Iowa.
With that being said, let’s go for that number one spot next year, Hawks.
