A Pentacrest tree has fallen over and everyone’s twiggin’ out

We’re pining for a replacement, though it woodn’t it be a shame if more trees were to fall over

A tree in the Pentacrest, just outside MacBride Hall, came tumbling down early this afternoon.

Nightmare on Elm…

If you are wondering why the image is so bad, you’ll need a photo-sin-thesis

We’re stumped as to why it fell.  Perhaps an act of tree-son.

Some say it was probably a combination of lots of melting water loosening the soil and the wind knocking the tree over.

Nobody was hurt, but everyone is entertained!

If you walk around campus today, make sure yew keep an eye out for falling trees.

Emergency services already en route to clear it up. Fun while it lasted
