Haven't found your senior housing yet? Never fear! Indiana University's legendary president Herman B Wells' fraternity's house is for sale on Craig's List.
Yup, Sigma Nu is up for grabs y'all. After the fraternity was kicked out of Greek life last Wednesday, the IU student body has been scrambling to figure out who will move into the mansion.
DPhiE is an eligible contender running against Pike, an off housed fraternity. But now that it's on Craig's List, SNU's house is anyone's game.
Snu house pros:
A beautiful courtyard with small amounts of glass.
The best juice machine on campus.
More than 34 holes in the wall.
Hibachi grill style house.
Can sleep 69 people (heh) and 140 on a good night.
Snu house cons:
If you're a girl, bring your own shower head 'cause they're not included.
No AC.
Sticky tile floor.
The most average lighting in Bloomington. Bad for selfies.
Forget FAC at Roy's, the last open house will be this Friday at 1015 N Jordan Ave.
