What would Hoosiers rather do than have Trump for president
Many would rather go to Purdue than see Trump become president
I walked around campus asking IU students what they’d rather do than see Donald Trump in office.
Before I share my findings I just want to say that if you’re a Trumper, we simply differ in opinion and I mean so offense.
Donald Trump is an interesting man. He’s a successful businessman, but there’s just something so peculiar about him and all his comments about, well, everything. It’s safe to say some people got very creative and some really pushed their imaginative limits to a sometimes disturbing level.
A number of people were willing to give up their favorite foods
Sydney said she was willing to give up cheesecake and cheesecake means everything to her
Many people were willing to go through excruciating pain and discomfort
My friend, Anushka Mansukhani (freshman, Pre-Law and Public Policy), thought really hard before giving me an answer. She told me she’d rather see her favorite band (Arctic Monkeys) break up than see Donald Trump in office.
She wasn’t the only one, many people were willing to give up significant things in life.
I’m sure most of these outrageous answers came into existence because they didn’t have any real consequences, but it just goes to show how many creatively people will be unhappy if Trump actually makes it to the Oval Office.
