I used Adele lyrics to spice up my Tinder game

Hello, can you hear me?

When I first downloaded Tinder it was only because I felt like everyone was using it. Since the day I downloaded it, my experience has been a pretty amusing one. All the boys who message me first write something so out of this world I can’t help but laugh.

So, I decided to perform a little bit of a Tinder social experiment. In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, I spent a few nights messaging guys on Tinder in only Adele lyrics and this is what happened.

The boy who was straight up confused

Zach was a good sport, but he just didn’t quite understand what I was doing. This was the first boy that actually responded to my crazy antics so it was funny to see the reaction. I think he genuinely wanted to know “wassup,” but I just wanted someone to understand that I set fire to the rain and I watched it pour as I touched his face.

The boy who played along

Kyle was super fun to go back and forth with because he knew what I was doing and played along. We ended up having a really great conversation after I finished my little Adele game and I even scored his number so brownie points for being not creepy, Kyle.

The boy who only had one thing on his mind

This is literally the bane of my existence, he tells me to stop. I’m trying to have a fun time and live my life, but this boy only wants one thing. You can’t say the boy lacks persistence.

Also, this was at 12 in the afternoon. Are you that desperate in the middle of the afternoon? Whatever, he probably has a small penis anyway.

At the end of the day, I had messages over 20 guys on Tinder and surprisingly, these were the only ones who answered. To be honest I’m a little upset no one responded to my “Hello” because I was really looking forward to telling them “it’s me”.

Girls, this is the advice I have for you, just let the guy message you first because it’s much more fun that way. Take this experiment into account as you go into Valentine’s weekend. As for me, I have a date with my Harry Styles pillow, chocolate and Netflix.
