Cornell ranked one of the best universities on earth

Naturally

Cornell was recently ranked 15th in the United States and in the top 25 universities in the world by U.S. News & World Report.

It managed to beat the likes of Dartmouth and Northwestern, although Harvard remained ahead, but we’re coming after you.

Such a high ranking will not come as a surprise to its students who enjoy the benefits of having a student to faculty ratio of 9:1 and have over half of their classes in groups of less than 20 students.

The world class faculty and research taking place all over campus has led to Cornell’s engineering and business programs being ranked in the top 10 in the country while agricultural sciences ranked fourth in the world and second for plant and animal sciences, easily beating the other Ivies in these fields.

In other rankings Cornell places 19th in the Times Higher Education ranking and 16th in the QS Top Universities further strengthening Cornell’s reputation as an elite global institution.
