Dean of Wolfgang Ballinger’s prep school sent out a bizarre email about his case
She speculates that weed or other drugs played a role
We may soon learn a bit more about what happened at Psi Upsilon in the early morning of January 31st. Cornell junior Wolfgang Ballinger, 21, is set to appear in court today at 11am for a preliminary hearing.
For now, an administrator at his New York City prep school has decided to speculate. In an email tweeted yesterday by a current student at the prestigious Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School, the ‘dean’ seems to warn her students not to get into drugs and drink when they go to college, because that’s what she reckons happened here. Ballinger is a New York native and attended the school on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
Calling the alleged rape an “Unfortunate situation,” she writes: “I suspect that eventually we will learn, that alcohol and/or weed played a role.”
