BU beach is hiring lifeguards

Are you worried about paying off that outrageously high tuition or just need some extra funds to pay for booze? On Thursday, Boston University announced two new job openings for anyone who is a certified lifeguard. In a statement about the new positions, the BU Aquatics director April Fool said the position is needed after many students were seen flailing on the BU beach after the email about raising tuition came out. She said: “BU just wants to make sure students stay afloat in these difficult financial times. After all, academics are most important to us and we do not want students to feel stressed by higher tuition.” The job posting specifically for students who have “Current Red Cross lifeguard training and CPR/AED certifications.” There are only two positions in total and the lucky lifeguards will have their own posts on the BU beach.
