An ode to the vegan double chocolate cookies in the dining hall
Also known as the best dessert BU has ever crafted
It’s a well known fact dining hall food could be better. The meat could be something other than chicken sometimes, the ice machines could actually work for once, and the salad bar could actually have decent options. But we can’t have it all.
However, there is one thing that they serve that has absolutely nothing wrong with it. NOTHING.
And that food is….

These things, served rarely in various dining halls across campus, are the best dessert BU has ever crafted. They’re warm, chocolaty, and vegan. That just makes them cooler.

The cookies bring out the best in everyone. They make you happy, hyper, and generally a better person.
They even bring out your humorous side! While gazing at the plate of cookies, Sam West CFA ’19 remarked, “I can’t believe these are made with real vegans!” Laughter ensued and everyone was happy.
