After recent struggles with E. coli contamination, Chipotle restaurants everywhere are making some serious adjustments to their food preparation standards.
According to Fortune, Chipotle will not be opening today. Instead, restaurants will be conducting staff training seminars to incorporate the new company standards.
@ChipotleTweets tweeted the details of this national employee meeting earlier today. The twitter account has confirmed that all restaurants will re-open at 3pm. this afternoon.
Due to the inconvenience, Chipotle is giving customers free burrito coupons today only until 6pm.
