Congratulations to the Brown Class of 2020
All your social media celebrations
On March 31, from the largest applicant pool in history, Brown sent out 2,919 admissions offers, including the 669 from Early Decision in the fall. A total number of 32,390 applied, letting this year’s acceptance rate to Brown be a mere nine percent.
Forty-seven percent of admitted students identify as students of color, the highest percentage so far at Brown. All 50 states were represented in the pool, as well as from 83 nations around the world.
Even though we won’t actually be able to meet the Class of 2020 until next fall, we thought, what better way to congratulate #Brown2020 than by sharing some of our favorite reactions?
