Brown skims top 100 in world rankings for research

We only beat Dartmouth

Brown tied University of Freiburg (who?) in Germany for the 99th spot in the new world rankings for research.

This was the penultimate of the Ivies, coming in above Dartmouth which landed at 231.

Harvard topped the list at number one, followed by Columbia barely making it into the top ten with their ninth rank.

Princeton took 13th while Yale and University of Pennsylvania tied for 14th.

Cornell beat us out as well, coming it at 21. Our response to that? At least we live in civilization.

Sorry, Dartmouth. You got both short ends of the stick.
