Auburn is one of the most sleep deprived schools in America

Hands up if you need a nap

For most students, the only thing standing between them and summer vacation is the slew of spring finals. This means pulling all-nighters in RBD and stocking up on energy drinks to power through those 15 chapters of Organic Chemistry.

You may find yourself sacrificing sleep in order to cram. In fact, a recent study by Jawbone shows Auburn is the 126th most sleep deprived school in America. Keep in mind, this is our rank out of the entire nation.

An Auburn student’s typical bedtime is around 12am on weekdays and 1am on the weekend. Our average sleep time ranges from 7.17 hours to 7.67 hours each night.

The good news is we get more sleep than Alabama students – they rank 80th.
