Kylie Jenner is going to be in a Hollywood film with Charli XCX and loads of huge actors

It will be Kylie's first major acting role

Okay, so Kim Kardashian‘s acting career is taking off, so All’s Fair if her little sister Kylie Jenner gets to star in a film with Charli XCX, right? What’s quite hilarious is that Taylor Swift apparently wrote a diss track about Charli, and as we know, done the same about Kim.

Now, it’s been revealed that Kylie is starring in The Moment in 2026, an original film idea by Charli XCX. She’ll be featured for her first major acting role alongside a small part she played in Ocean’s 8, and there’s loads of other huge actors taking part, too.

The mockumentary-style film follows the life of a pop star navigating fame as she gears up for her first headlining tour. While Charli is a producer, the film was written by Aidan Zamiri and Bertie Brandes, while Alexander Skarsgård and Rachel Sennott are actors.

Charli has been a huge fan of Kylie’s for years, and they recently went out for a night out in Paris, after the singer’s wedding. She even posted back in 2016 that she “hopes Kylie becomes a popstar in 2017,” and in September, Kylie used Charli’s song for her IG post.

British singer Shygirl and Charli’s longtime collaborator A. G. Cook will also have roles, with the latter also providing original music. The director appears to have worked on music videos for the most part, but most importantly, Kylie and Charli are finally working together!

Kylie took Timothee Chalamet to a Charli XCX set at Coachella back in summer, and videos of them dancing went viral. So it’s safe to say the two could get really chummy over the next few months, and they’ve already shared a cigarette, so they’re basically besties.
