In a surprisingly casual TikTok reply, she revealed the surgeon, the size, the placement, and even the implant type like she was recommending a new makeup product. While some fans praised her honesty, others were left wondering: Why now?

Taking to TikTok this summer, Kylie replied to a video from @rachleary and divulged the exact details of her procedure.
Kylie wrote: “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! Garth Fisher!!!”
Kourtney Kardashian
Although a lot of the Kardashian family keep quiet about potential surgeries they’ve opted for, Kylie and her sister, Kourtney Kardashian, appear to be more outspoken.
Years before Kylie made her admission, her reality TV star sister, Kourtney, told Nightline about her boob job.
She said: “I have had breast implants, but it’s so funny cause it’s not a secret, I couldn’t care less,” per Daily Star.
Kourtney reportedly had her breast augmentation at the age of 20.
Denise Richards
Former Real Housewives star Denise Richards is pretty candid about a lot in her life, so it’s no wonder she’s shared some of her surgeries with the world.
She went under the knife at 19, like Kylie, and also reportedly said she had regrets.
Denise ruptured one of her implants as she jumped off a bridge while competing on Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, per Us Weekly.
Sami Sheen
Denise’s daughter, Sami Sheen, is also seemingly an open book.
She’s made a ton of money from OnlyFans and often takes to social media to share details about her surgeries.
Sami shared how she recently opted for a rhinoplasty, and she also wanted to get a boob job to follow in her mom’s footsteps.
Like Kylie Jenner, reality TV star, Sami, dished the specifics of her boob job surgery online this year. She said she got silicone implants with a “moderate profile, under the muscle and 350 cc.”

Moving from RHOBH to The Hills, Kristin Cavallari also joins the list of reality TV stars who have gone under the knife.

JWoww went for an F cup at the time. And, 10 years later, she decided to get them revamped and opted for the same cup size, per People.
Melissa Gorga
Another Jersey gal who’s been open about work she’s had done is Melissa Gorga.
She explained in an IG post from 2015 how she had her implants replaced after 13 years.
The mom of three got candid about what she’d had done, and shared not only he boob job, but her mom’s, too.
The former RHONJ star also shouted out her doctor again in 2021 IG post.
