After getting married in the summer of 2021, rumours are swirling that Colleen Reed and Matt Bolton’s marriage is over. The two found a connection during Love Is Blind season three and confirmed they were still going strong at the show’s reunion. But now, people can’t help but comment on literally all of their social media posts to ask whether they’re still together or not. Where’s Colleen’s wedding ring?
In a May 2025 Instagram post with Us Weekly, Colleen was spotted “not wearing her wedding ring” by a whole lot of folks.
People seemed unable to help themselves and took to the comments section to ask: “Wait where is her ring?”
More wrote: “No wedding ring. They divorced I guess.”
But someone else commented that Colleen “never wore her ring” to begin with.
‘She’s listed as Colleen Reed’
The IG comments seemed to keep being fired Colleen’s way, as other people noticed how she doesn’t look to have taken Matt’s surname on Instagram.
She still goes by ‘Colleen Reed’ on the social media site, instead of taking Matt’s surname of ‘Bolton’.
The two have been married for four years, so naturally, fans were expecting to see a change.
‘No mention of each other’
Another clue people think they’ve clocked onto regarding Colleen and Matt’s romance is the fact that they now never seem to mention one another online.
People took to one of Colleen’s IG posts to write: “No mention of husband at all. They done divorced.”
And more wrote on Matt’s post: “Post ur wife more often, it’s so strange.”
Colleen and Matt’s couples pics dwindled
With a “missing wedding ring,” a lack of the last name ‘Bolton’, no mention of each other on socials and a dwindling amount of couple’s posts, people are really struggling to see how Matt and Colleen are still together these days.
One person wrote on Colleen’s page: “I don’t think they are still together. It’s been a while, and she doesn’t post pics with him.”
Another said on one of Matt’s posts: “I’m confused, did you and Colleen split and tell no one?” and another said: “I think they split. They don’t follow each other on Instagram anymore and haven’t been pictured together in months.”
Colleen lifted the lid on their relationship status
Thankfully, to clear up any confusion, Colleen provided some information back in 2023.
In a Us Weekly interview, Colleen seemed to confirm the pair were still together, however, she admitted they were facing “so many challenges” in their relationship.
She said: “Oh gosh, we had so many challenges. Of course, staying together, but also, I would say with all the audience and all the eyeballs is definitely the hardest to go through and all of the opinions and everything…”
