In a final TikTok post before her death at the age of 33, Zombies actress Carla Jeffery shared a touching tribute to her twin brother Carlon, who has since shared his own heartbreaking message to the Disney star. Jeffery, best known for playing Bree in the first three Disney Channel Zombies movies, died on September 1. Her death was confirmed by her longtime management company, Alexanders Talent Management, which had represented her since she was just 12 years old. “It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Carla Jeffery, who passed away on September 1, 2026, at just 33 years old,” her manager Carla Alexander said in a statement. The company remembered Jeffery as a “beautiful, vibrant and incredibly talented woman” whose “radiant smile could light up any room”, adding that she was “more than a client; she was family”. A cause of death has not been publicly disclosed. Alongside Zombies, Jeffery appeared in Curb Your Enthusiasm, iCarly, Shake It Up and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend during a career spanning two decades.
