The Heated Rivalry fandom is questioning everything after people noticed Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie had unfollowed each other and deleted pictures of each other from their Instagram accounts. The actors, who play Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov in the hit hockey romance series, have become incredibly close since working together. But people are now wondering whether something has happened between them after Hudson reportedly archived several posts featuring Connor and the pair were spotted unfollowing each other. People started sharing screenshots of Instagram posts that had seemingly disappeared from Hudson’s account. Among the posts were three photo dumps featuring Connor and moments connected to the first season of Heated Rivalry. One person wrote, “Hudson archived these three dumps….. not seeing them when i stalk him will break my heart what the f**k not one trace of HR on his ig now this better be for s2.” Another wrote, “Goodbye, goodbye to the photos of Hudson that were deleted.” And it wasn’t just the archived posts. Fans also noticed that Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie had apparently unfollowed each other on Instagram. So, what’s actually going on? Goodbye, goodbye to the photos of Hudson that were deleted 😔 pic.twitter.com/Rv0R9JwlMi — tory 🐓🔮 (@violetshudson) November 3, 2026 Well, the reason why Hudson and Connor deleted the pictures is not clear. It could very well be for aesthetic purposes, or something else entirely. But what we do know is that they haven’t fallen out. Yes, they did unfollow each other, but they unfollowed everyone. They are now following zero people. Also, just recently, Hudson Williams appeared on CBC’s The Assembly, where he was asked, “Did you ever feel something for Connor that was ‘more than friendship?'” Hudson quickly shut down the romantic speculation, explaining, “No. Quickly, me and Connor realised we were, like, platonic soulmates, just completely in love with each other. I think that’s what made our friendship so stable and beautiful, is that we realised we could be completely ourselves, be completely guard down.” He also said, “So, I think the thing that made our relationship as rich as it was is, like, me and that man could cuddle for 10 hours, and it just mean cuddling, just means we just love each other dearly, but don’t wanna beep each other’s bop.” Hudson then added, “That’s not a saying,” which made the interviewers laugh. So, everything seems to be just fine. The Heated Rivalry cast have previously addressed fan behaviour Hudson archived all his insta posts with Connor from s1 💔💔💔 pic.twitter.com/9019Dtpiuq — jolly cami kirky 🦌 (@mexicanhudcon) November 3, 2026 This isn’t the first time the actors have had to deal with intense speculation about their personal lives. Hudson, who is in a relationship with tattoo artist Katelyn Larson, previously called out fans creating real-person fiction (RPF) about him and his co-stars. Following his and Connor’s Met Gala debuts in May, Hudson wrote on Threads, “Rpfing gotta stop y’all.” He and other cast members, including François Arnaud, have also spoken out against the racist, biphobic and other discriminatory abuse directed at them. In an Instagram statement, the cast said, “Don’t call yourself a fan if you share racist/homophobic/biphobic/misogynist/ageist/ableist/parasocial/bigoted comments of any kind. “None of us need your hateful ‘love’. We all respect and support and love each other and are on the same side. If you can’t accept that gtfoh [get the f*** outta here].” For all the latest film and TV updates and hot takes, like our Facebook page. Post navigation Next storyPrevious story
