They play teenagers, but the real ages of Netflix’s Minimum Wage cast are actually wild

Netflix’s new comedy Minimum Wage follows a group of teenagers trying to survive working at a local pizza shop while juggling school, difficult bosses and minimum-wage pay, but how old are the actors playing them in real life?

The series premiered on Netflix earlier this week and features familiar faces from American High Shorts, the comedy team behind the original TikTok videos. And while the characters are meant to be teenagers dealing with the chaos of part-time jobs, some of the actors are actually in their twenties or older.

So, here’s how old the Minimum Wage cast is compared to their characters’ real ages.

Grace Reiter as Grace

Grace Reiter is 25 years old. She is a comedian, writer and content creator, and has appeared in the HBO series The Chair Company. She joined Saturday Night Live this year, too. 

Grace Reiter plays Grace, one of the employees at Slice Club, the pizza shop at the centre of Minimum Wage. Unlike some of her co-workers, Grace is the more responsible member of the team, which is not always an easy job when everyone else is causing chaos.

Julia DiCesare as Julia

Julia DiCesare plays Julia, another member of the Slice Club crew. She is 24 right now, but is turning 25 in December. Acting is not her only job, either. Julia’s official website says she worked full-time writing, acting and editing sketches for American High while finishing her degree in television, radio and film. She has also made her own comedy videos and short films.

Hyde Healy

Hyde Healy is 26 and plays a member of the teenage team working at Slice Club. He is also known for creating comedy videos, including sketch comedy and stand-up-style content. 

Luke Burke as Luke

Luke Burke is one of the older actors in the young cast, at 31. Yes, he doesn’t look his age. Luke is an actor and writer and his other screen credits include Pizza Movie and The Legend of Juan Jose Mundo.

Ryan Micho as Ryan

Ryan Micho is 25 years old and plays Ryan, another employee at Slice Club. He is also the older brother of Aidan Micho. The two brothers have a podcast together called Volley for Serve.

Aidan Micho as Aidan

Aidan Micho plays Aidan in the Netflix series, and he is 22 years old. 

Tommy Armstrong as Tommy

Tommy Armstrong completes the main group of young employees at Slice Club. He is 26 years old and has appeared in other projects, including Pizza Movie and Summer of 69.
