*Warning: Some may find this content distressing* Armie Hammer has reentered the chat amid his role in Uwe Boll’s controversial new movie Citizen Vigilante, and so have his disturbing text messages in which he expressed cannibalistic fantasies. Citizen Vigilante dropped earlier this month before landing on Amazon Prime Video in the US, where it’s swiftly become the number one film in the region. If you’re wondering why it’s controversial, the first reason is it’s helmed by Uwe Boll, a man who’s been dubbed the “world’s worst director” due to his critically panned films such as House of the Dead, Alone in the Dark, BloodRayne, and In the Name of the King. The film itself is built on anti-immigrant sentiments, with Boll himself accusing the “woke left in Europe” of ignoring facts in an interview with Hollywood Elsewhere, before claiming that “Islamic migrants… will take over in around 30 years”. Among Citizen Vigilante’s supporters is Elon Musk, who shared the video on X for free over the weekend, as well as Tristan Tate, who requested a role in a potential sequel. Finally, there’s the film’s lead star, Armie Hammer, a man who was blacklisted by Hollywood after facing multiple sexual assault and psychological abuse allegations. Hammer was never charged, but he lost his mainstream career, having previously starred in hits like The Social Network and Call Me By Your Name. In 2024, Boll reached out and offered him the role of Sanders – a wealthy American businessman turned vigilante who kills immigrant perpetrators of crime. All of Armie Hammer’s alleged text messages Amid the film’s release, people have been sharing the text messages that emerged in 2021 in which Hammer discussed various violent fantasies, shared anonymously by an account named House of Effie, later confirmed to be his ex-partner Effie Angelova. Armie Hammer, the actor in the film about a white man who goes around killing entire Muslim families, which the far-right are all pushing, has been accused by multiple women of sexual assault, including rape. He also has sadistic cannibalistic fantasies. pic.twitter.com/B7xxnScuos — Mukhtar (@I_amMukhtar) June 30, 2026 In one screenshot, Hammer allegedly wrote, “I am 100% a cannibal. I want to eat you. F**k that’s scary to admit. I’ve never admitted that before.” More messages were presented in the 2022 docu-series House of Hammer, including several in which he allegedly discussed controlling his sexual partners. The actor’s voice is heard saying in an unverified voice message, “Alright, buckle your seatbelt. This is going to be the bet. If I won, I get to come over to your house with my bag of goodies. “My bet was going to involve showing up to your place and completely tying you up and incapacitating you and then being able to do whatever I wanted to every single hole in your body until I was done.” Other messages shown on screen say, “I decide when you eat, when you sleep… My own personal little slave… You are mine! You hear me? I own you now. I’ll own you forever.” The documentary also included messages sent to artist Julia Morrison, in which Hammer allegedly described fantasies involving BDSM and total submission. “I have a fantasy about having someone prove their love and devotion and tying them up in a public place at night and making their body free use… And seeing if they will f**k strangers for me,” Morrison read out loud. She went on to claim that Hammer wrote, “You don’t think or worry about anything except being a good little pet. My own personal little slave… in return you will be worshipped, fed and f**ked.” Elsewhere, the messages displayed became increasingly graphic, with one reading, “I want to bite you and leave a mark… Brand you, tattoo you, mark you, shave your head and keep your hair with me, cut a piece of your skin off and make you cook it for me.” Arguably the most shocking texts show Hammer allegedly claiming, “I’ve cut the heart out of a living animal before and eaten it while still warm. Totally raw. Still warm… I’d eat your heart if I wasn’t stuck without you after… “I want to see everything… I want to see your brain, your blood, your organs, every part of you… I would definitely bite it… 100%… or try to f**k it. Not sure which… probably both.” Credit: Quiver Distribution But the most serious messages were allegedly sent to Effie Angelova, who accused Hammer of rape. One reads, “Raping you on your floor with a knife against you… Everything else seemed boring… You crying and screaming, me standing over you. I felt like a god.” Angelova’s allegations eventually led to an LAPD investigation, which found insufficient evidence to charge Hammer with a crime. The actor has denied any criminal wrongdoing. He later acknowledged sending some of the messages, but argued they had been taken out of context and maintained that all of his sexual relationships were consensual.
