Warning: Euphoria finale spoilers ahead Faye and Wayne escaped from Laurie’s rural ranch in the series finale of Euphoria, so here’s why and how they were able to save themselves. Euphoria is finally over after seven years, and that finale was so tense. With help from Rue, the DEA were able to intercept a truck full of cocaine that was meant to make its way to Laurie’s ranch. Unluckily for them, Alamo got there first and switched cargo. Harley and Mitch get arrested, and Laurie took her own life on the rooftop to avoid going to jail. But two of the most vocal members of her crew, Faye and Wayne, manage to escape before everything goes wrong. Why did Faye and Wayne run away in the Euphoria finale? Soooo did Faye and Wayne just live out their merry days orā¦? #euphoria — Rachelš¦ (@RxchelElise) June 1, 2026 It was subtle, but Wayne’s unsettled bowel movements were the tip the couple needed to run away from the ranch. Faye realised that the drugs Wayne had been taking were actually laxatives, which is a well-known trick by DEA agents who are undercover. After Wayne’s toilet trip, they were able to put two and two together and escape. Even though Wayne hated Rue for betraying Laurie’s gang, he ended up doing the same thing. The pair ran away without warning any of the others about their discovery, leaving them vulnerable to the drug heist. Hypocrite much? Faye and Wayne’s ending is actually so ominous Wait a minute Faye and Wayne never got caught #euphoria pic.twitter.com/m88Ide1SI0 — JR (@chosen1j__) June 1, 2026 After they leave the ranch together, we see Faye hitchhiking on a busy road. When one car stops for her, she signals to Wayne who is hiding in a bush and cocks his gun. We don’t see it, but it’s implied that the couple steal the vehicle from the family at gunpoint, or worse, kill them all. The ending is purposefully left up to interpretation, but it’s safe to assume Faye and Wayne aren’t leaving the criminal life any time soon. At least they have each other!
