Stop whatever you’re doing. We finally have official confirmation on which couple will be the focus of season two of Off Campus. Hannah and Garrett won’t be the main characters of season two – here’s what’s in store for them. The Off Campus showrunner Louisa Levy told The Hollywood Reporter: “If you fell in love with Hannah and Garrett, don’t worry — they will still be an integral part of our robust ensemble. We’re looking forward to telling the next chapter of everyone’s story.” Instead, the focus of season two will be the romance between Dean and Allie. Yay! Stephen Kalyn – who plays Dean – said: “I consider [episode six] a pilot episode or a soft launch for season two and what you’re going to expect. I was so grateful to learn from Ella and Belmont and watch those two great phenomenal actors lead season one.” Rest assured, it sounds as if Ella Bright and Belmont Cameli are both gearing up to film season two. Ella Bright seemed to confirm that she would return on her Instagram story today. She posted a picture of her hair being trimmed – seemingly back to Hannah’s signature bob. (Image via Instagram) Ella also reshared a photo of her and Belmont, and wrote, “SEASON TWOOOOO”. Prime Video’s TV show Off Campus is based on Elle Kennedy’s book series Off-Campus (yes, that dash is correct). The first four novels each follow a different couple in the same friendship group at Briar University. It seems as if each season of the show will also spotlight a different couple – much like Bridgerton. In this book, Allie splits with Sean, has a quarter life crisis, and hooks up with Dean. He falls hard for her, but she still sees him as just a friend and doesn’t want a serious relationship with him. *Gasp!* Fear not, because the story has a happy ending.
