Let’s face it, everyone wants Off Campus season two to give us the Dean (Stephen Kalyn) and Allie (Mika Abdalla) love story, but that’s not the order of the books. We don’t know until Prime Video confirms it, but in the meantime, Ella Bright just dropped a huge clue. The new TV show is based on Elle Kennedy’s book series of the same name, and like Bridgerton and Heated Rivalry, each novel centres on a different couple. The same can be said for the Prime Video adaptation, with season one telling the story of Hannah (Ella Bright) and Garrett (Belmont Cameli). Quite frankly, the series has had us in an absolute chokehold ever since it was first announced. While this is certainly still the case – it’s been less than a week since all eight episodes dropped – talks are already turning to season two, which is officially in the works. The second book in the Off Campus series, The Mistake, focuses on Logan (Antonio Cipriano) and Grace (India Fowler). But everyone’s hoping the adaptation will switch things up after Dean and Allie became a fan favourite pairing in season one. The Off Campus season two couple is basically confirmed at this point Credit: Prime Video In a new interview with Variety, when asked if season two is about Dean and Allie, Bright gave a “convincing and enthusiastic nod.” Yes, Prime Video still needs to give it the official confirmation, but all signs are pointing towards Dallie. Showrunner Louisa Levy was a little more mysterious with her response, saying, “I don’t want to say anything yet, but I think book fans will be very excited about season two.” Here’s the thing: The first chapter has already proven that the adaptation isn’t afraid to mess with the order of things. Hunter Davenport, for instance, doesn’t get a book until the Off Campus spinoff series, Briar U, but he’s a major part of the storyline in season one. So there’s a good chance we’ll get to see Dean and Allie’s story next, especially with their relationship being the second most important after Hannah and Garrett. What’s more, the show ends on a cliffhanger as Dean gets into a fight with Hunter, and this is something Dean actor Stephen Kalyn spoke about to Elite Daily. chemistry so crazy i held my breath the entire scene pic.twitter.com/cfQIcGYjMK — Sarah | fan account (@cloiskryptonite) May 16, 2026 “I thought it was a great idea. It raises the stakes a lot more,” he said. “There’s so much more you’ll get to see in season two with that relationship.” If that weren’t enough, Allie star Mika Abdalla told People about season two: “I am excited about it as an actor. “I am excited for the deep emotional turmoil that Allie is going through, because I think that’ll be a lot of fun [to play], and that’s not really something I got to play around with too, too much this season. “I am excited to see the inner workings of her. It’s really fun to play such a vibrant, larger-than-life character, who also has these extremely deep feelings about herself and the world around her. It’s such a balance.” So… Dallie is basically confirmed, right? Is there a release date? Credit: Prime Video There’s no release date just yet, but just know that Off Campus season two is on track to drop sometime in April or May 2027. You see, filming for season one took place in June through to October 2025, before landing on Prime Video in May 2026. And we now know that season two is set to go into production in June 2026, wrapping up in September. So if it follows the same timeline, we can expect the follow up will land on our screens in a year. As for how many seasons we might get, that all depends on fan demand. There are five books in the main Off Campus book series and four in the Briar U saga, meaning there’s plenty of source material to draw from. And given season one’s success and the early renewal (Prime Video gave it the greenlight back in February), hopefully the streaming gods give every couple their time to shine (and devastate us all).
