Here’s what happened in both of Sinners’ post-credit scenes, in case you missed them

Don’t let the first post-credit scene fool you, there’s more to come

Michael B Jordan’s new horror flick has put horror fans across the globe in a chokehold, with its vampiric storyline and stellar cast.

Sinners, is a movie about two twins, Stack and Smoke, both played by our beloved Michael, and their cousin, Sammie, as they open a new blues joint in their hometown.

It’s set in the early 1930s and not only provides viewers with vampiric, gory horror, but also with the horror of Deep South racism and the effects of the Jim Crow laws.

The movie focuses on voodoo magic, music, and segregation throughout, and ends leaving many with burning questions about the fate of the brothers. But, if you thought the credits rolling was the end for the three men, then you were wrong. So, keep on reading as I promise, you’ll have your remaining Sinners questions answered.

In the first of the post-credits scenes you can expect to see in Sinners shows Sammie in the 1990s as a successful musician, after refusing to give up his guitar at the end of the film. By now, he’d be in his 80s, reaching the end of his life, but continues playing his guitar at bars.

This is when at the end of a performance, Stack and Mary, who we originally believed were killed after they became vampires, enter the bar Sammie has just played in.

Wearing some outrageously cheesy 90s attire, they have a drink with Sammie, telling him they bought all of his CDs. Stack spoke of how he survived that night, explaining his brother, Smoke, saved him. He said his life was saved under the one condition, that him and Mary left Sammie alone for life.

Stack hinted that he senses Sammie’s time is coming to an end, and says farewell to his cousin. Him, and Mary then leave the bar.

Post-credits scene two

If you didn’t realise there could possibly be two post-credits scenes in Sinners and left the cinema before this one, I’ve got you.

In this second scene, we see a young Sammie in his father’s church playing his guitar again. This could be alluding to Sammie being in the afterlife, as we know Stack said he sensed his cousin was close to death.

He is singing This Little Light of Mine to an empty church, maybe meaning that he is in heaven as Sammie was never turned into a vampire.

So, make sure you stay until the end of the second credits and all your Sinners questions will be answered.
