So, the California Civil Rights Department has 60 days to decide whether the case is worth investiagating. Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni could come to a solution privately. If they don’t, then the California Civil Rights Department can give Blake Lively the right to sue. She might choose to take Justin Baldoni to court, in the hope of getting him to pay her financial damages. It’s possible for Justin Baldoni to file a countersuit.
