Princeton is one of the top universities on the planet, according to new rankings

New world university rankings have been released today, revealing that Princeton is one of the world’s best institutions.

The study, which judged over 1000 universities across the world, ranked Princeton 11th.

Princeton was the 6th highest ranked American school on the list, with MIT sitting atop the rankings.

Our ranking remains unchanged from last year.

At the top of the table, MIT retained the top spot, followed closely by Stanford and Harvard. Stanford overtook the University of Cambridge into second place and in doing so, this means that the United States holds all of the top-three places for the first time since the inaugural rankings of 2004.
