Kylie Jenner issued a statement after the Astroworld incident
On November 5, 2021, Travis Scott took to the stage to perform at his Astroworld Festival in Houston, Texas.
Tragically, a deadly crowd surge began during the rapper’s headlining set, with tens of thousands of people pushing toward the front of the stage.
Many attendees were trapped, unable to breathe or move, resulting in panic and chaos.
The incident caused 10 deaths, and hundreds of people were injured.
Following the tragic accident, Kylie issued a statement via Instagram.
She said: “Travis and I are broken and devastated. My thoughts and prayers are with all who lost their lives, were injured or affected in any way by yesterday’s events…” per NBC News.
