It’s a bit obscure, so where exactly was Sneaky Links: Dating After Dark filmed?
This is not where I was expecting at all
I don’t know why but in my mind I assumed Sneaky Links: Dating After Dark was filmed somewhere hot and sunny, but during the first episode when the camera pans back to reveal a suburban American neighbourhood I was shaken to my core.
So, let’s get to the bottom of where Sneaky Links: Dating After Dark is actually filmed.
Sneaky Links is in fact filmed in Scottsdale, Arizona, at the Hotel Adeline, a boutique hotel which Netflix completely rented out for whilst filming was taking place.
Filming for the show reportedly started in July 2024 and continued for six weeks before wrapping in August.
The hotel is actually part of the Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio with the scenic Camelback Mountain’s and Sonoran Desert just a short drive away.
The hotel can arrange local activities such as horseback riding, hot air ballooning and off-road tours.
During July a room by the pool costs around $150 per night, so if Sneaky Links was being filmed for six weeks, then the cost per person would have been around $6,300.
Given that there were 18 cast members in total, Netflix could have spent around $113.4k just on accommodation for the cast alone!
