Omg, it turns out both of Love on the Spectrum Abbey’s parents are actually actors?!
And we thought Netflix was a big deal
As if appearing on a Netflix show wasn’t cool enough, Love on the Spectrum star Abbey Romeo’s parents have only gone and outdone themselves with their high-flying careers. The season three parents are literally blowing us away with their jobs, and some are even multimillionaires. So, let’s delve into how they make their money.

Love on the Spectrum star Abbey’s mom’s job
Watching Love on the Spectrum, all the focus is obviously on Abbey and her partner, David, but it turns out her mom is also a pretty big deal.
Christine Romeo is a fully fledged actress! She’s been in 18 different movies and TV shows like The OC, Star Trek: Enterprise, and CSI.
Per TheMovieDB, Abbey’s mom kicked off her acting career in 1993.
She appeared in an episode of Spin City in 1996, and, most recently, played the role of Sandra Fleming in The Lost Skeleton Returns Again.
Abbey’s dad’s job
Abbey’s parents aren’t together any more, and she has a stepdad named Bob.
But her parents’ claim to fame doesn’t stop there, as her biological dad, Eric Lutes, is also famous.
He’s played a huge number of roles per IMDb, even more than Abbey’s mom!
Eric starred in the 1987 production of Psychos in Love and in episodes of Fraiser in the nineties.
He also played Del Cassidy in Caroline in the City, Jerry Stanton in Switching Goals, and Jake Carlson in So Little Time.
Eric is still working in front of the camera today. His most recent acting credits include playing the role of Christopher Bradley in Velvet Prozak, Ron in Seclusion, and Hicks in the movie Junction.
He’s on Instagram with over 2k followers and seems to have delved into a career in art these days.
Per his website, he’s a successful painter who’s referred to as “the Georgia O’Keefe of the sea.”
